Talnory is the consumer-facing brand of Friendly Loans LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains how information is handled when you visit our website, contact us, or participate in pre-launch use of Talnory.
Information you provide
If you email us, we receive your email address, any name you provide, your message, and any attachments you choose to send. Please provide only information necessary for your request and avoid sending sensitive financial or identification documents.
Technical information
Our website hosting and delivery providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, and request timestamps to deliver the website, maintain reliability, and protect against abuse.
Cookies and analytics
We have not added advertising trackers, analytics scripts, contact forms, or account registration to this website. Our hosting provider may use technologies necessary for delivery and security. Links that open your email application are handled by your chosen email provider.
How information is used
We use information to respond to enquiries, provide support, address privacy requests, operate and protect the website, and meet applicable legal obligations. Sending a support message does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
When information is shared
Information may be handled by providers supporting website hosting, security, and email delivery as necessary to provide those services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable protections. We do not use information collected through this website for advertising sales or targeted advertising.
Retention
We retain correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, provide ongoing support, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Technical records are subject to our hosting providers’ operational retention practices. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or remove identifying details, subject to applicable requirements and backup cycles.
Your choices and requests
You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you have sent us by emailing phillip@talnory.com. Depending on your location, additional privacy rights may apply. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and will explain if a legal obligation prevents us from fulfilling a request.
Security and international processing
No method of internet transmission or storage is completely secure. Do not send confidential agreement records through ordinary email. Our providers may process information in countries other than your own, whose data-protection rules may differ.
Children
This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and address it.
Information in the pre-launch app
Talnory processes account information, agreement terms, payment records, party approvals, and documents users choose to upload. Uploaded documents may contain personal or sensitive information. Upload only information you are entitled to share and that is necessary for your agreement. Talnory does not collect bank account details or process payments; do not include bank credentials or unnecessary banking details in uploads.
We use this information to provide account access, document agreements, maintain payment and shared records, and support the appropriate parties’ review and approval of material changes. Agreement information and documents you share are available to the relevant parties through the product’s sharing features. Review the intended recipients before sharing.
The app uses Google Firebase infrastructure to support its operation. Service providers may process app information as needed to host and operate these features. Support access to information may be needed to address a request or operational issue. Information is not made public by this informational website.
App records are retained as needed to provide the service, maintain shared agreement history, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You can request account or data deletion by emailing us. Deleting an account does not cancel an agreement, erase another party’s independent copy, or necessarily remove records we must retain for legal reasons. We will explain applicable limitations when responding to a request.
